Rates** vary between £22.50 and £30.00 per person per night (based on two sharing), if booked directly through us. Please note that if you book through a third party (and not through us directly), rates may be higher.
Rates depend on the room you are booking, how many consecutive nights the booking is for, and of course, the time of the year the booking is for (low, mid or high season). If 3 or 4 people are sharing a room the rates per person will of course drop accordingly.

We prefer our guests to speak to us directly (either by phone or e-mail). This way we can give you our personal attention and advice. We will also be able to give you our best rates.
Email (we are very good about answering emails promptly) or give us a call with your requirements, and we will let you know availability and current rates.
Rates includes full complimentary breakfast every morning of your stay, which is freshly prepared for you and served in the dining room in the mornings between the hours of 8am and 9am. Vegetarians can be catered for. If you have any special requests, please let us know when you are booking.
All rates include VAT. The rates you're quoted are the rates you pay - there are no hidden charges.
Discounts are usually available for bookings of two or more (consecutive) nights in low and mid season; and three or more (consecutive) nights in high season.
Note that all of our rooms are Double/Twin/Triple/Family (we do not have any single rooms).
Rates quoted are always based on two people sharing a room unless otherwise advised.
In high season or busy periods we do usually require a minimum two night booking. If we have availability for an isolated/single night between two longer bookings then of course we would be happy for you to book for that night. You will need to contact us to check availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates/Prices** may be higher when certain events are taking place in the area or surrounding area (e.g., the Loch Lomond golf championships in early July), as there will be a very high demand for accommodation. Rates are also likely to be higher if we have availability for a one night only booking in high season/busy periods.
